Producer Metro Boomin is being sued in civil court for allegedly raping and impregnating a woman back in 2016, and even referencing the incident in a song he produced. The complaint-Filed last month on Oct. 29th in Los Angeles by Vanessa LeMaistre-alleges she blacked out after consuming Xanax and alcohol in his recording studio, then woke up to Metro, whose real name is Leland Wayne, sexually assaulting her.

Lawyers for LeMaistre claim she was “incapacitated and thus unable to consent” and that the encounter was “rape, plain and simple.” Metro Boomin’s attorney, Lawrence Hinkle II quickly shot back and said the lawsuit was a “pure shakedown” and the accusations simply are not true.

The lawsuit further alleges that Metro used LeMaistre’s grief over the baby son’s death to establish some sort of trust in her to then betray that trust in the course of the alleged sexual assault. Weeks later, she found out she was pregnant and is sure she had not had any sexual relations with another man. Because of the horrific circumstance around the event, she aborted it in November 2016.

The suit further alleges that the said rape is referenced in the song “Rap Saved Me” from 2017, by 21 Savage and Offset, further psychologically disturbing LeMaistre. She is represented by the Wigdor law firm, known for its high-profile cases, one among them against Sean “Diddy” Combs. The firm contended that Metro’s career indicates manipulative behavior towards women, and action must be taken.
